§ The Carriers
Who delivers the beast.
Every order ships from our US warehouse via one of three trusted carriers. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the speed you select - so you only ever pay the real rate.
How shipping works
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. At checkout, you'll see live shipping options and costs from USPS, FedEx, and UPS based on your delivery address. Once your blanket is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
Returns
Not in love with your blanket? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt
- Final sale and gift card purchases are not eligible for return

When will my order ship?+
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12pm ET ship the same day. Orders placed later or on weekends ship the next business day.
How is shipping calculated?+
Shipping is calculated live at checkout using real rates from USPS, FedEx, and UPS based on your address and the speed you choose.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best. Once it ships, you can return it for a full refund.
My package is lost or damaged, what now?+
Reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?+
Yes — USPS service is available to PO boxes and military addresses in the US.
