Payment

• By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

An order confirmation email does not signify acceptance of your order. It confirms only that we have received it. A contract of sale is formed when we dispatch the products.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.
• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g. personalized items, final-sale products).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
